U Shape Dump Trailer

U-shaped Dump Trailer is suitable for the transportation of bulk and scattered goods such as coal, ores, and construction materials. U-shaped Dump Trailer can be divided into two categories based on their purposes. The first one is heavy-duty and super heavy-duty dump trailers for off-highway transportation, which mainly undertake transportation tasks such as large-scale mines and engineering sites, and are usually used in conjunction with excavators. The other type of light and medium-sized ordinary dump trailers are for longer distance road transportation. Precautions When Operating

The hydraulic cylinder of the dump trailer is a lifting cylinder. It is strictly forbidden to use the cylinder as a stable support for the entire trailer body.

Under the lifting state, the time of the cylinder in the air should not exceed 2 hours. That time should be shortened to no more than 30 minutes when the working condition is humid. Otherwise, the cylinder will be oxidized and corroded.

It is strictly forbidden to disassemble and adjust the relief valve on the lifting net. Otherwise, the hydraulic system will lose its safety protection function and can it can be very dangerous.

Suspension
For Vehicle Master’s end dump trailer, suspension system can be optioned for traditional mechanical suspension or more superior air suspension. The latter provides much better comfort. Both American type suspension and German type suspension are available. For those who do not need their end dump trailers to haul extremely heavy loads, light duty suspension is a great choice.

Cargo Box
"U" type or rectangle type cargo box can be optioned and customized according different needs.

Axle
