Bulk cement tanker and bulk cement vehicle are also known as cement tanker and powder material vehicle. A vehicle with a closed cargo compartment and an automatic unloading device for transporting bulk cement. It is mainly used in cement plants, cement warehouses and large construction sites, which can save a lot of packaging materials and loading and unloading labor. There are three types of bulk cement vehicles, introduction:
① Gravity ash unloading vehicle: the earliest bulk cement vehicle. It is made by adding a closed cargo compartment roof to an ordinary dump truck. When unloading, the cargo box is tilted, and the cement is automatically unloaded by gravity. This ash unloading method can only unload the cement to a position lower than the compartment, and the cement will fly when unloading, resulting in a larger blanking area.
② Mechanical ash unloading vehicle: It was used in the 1950s. It uses the screw conveyor installed on the car to unload the ash. Adjusting the height of the screw conveyor can unload the cement to different heights and reduce the flying of the cement. However, the ash unloading machine is easy to wear because it directly pushes the cement.
③ Pneumatic ash unloading truck: It appeared in the 1960s and is relatively easy to use. The maximum load capacity of this car is nearly 100 tons. Its cargo compartment is a tank container, standing or reclining on the car frame. The center of gravity of the horizontal tank is low, the car runs stably, and has many applications. The tank body is welded with steel plate or aluminum plate, and can also be made of glass fiber reinforced plastic. The upper part of the tank is provided with one or more ash filling ports along the length of the tank, which is convenient for filling the whole tank. The ash loading port can also be used as the entrance and exit for maintenance personnel. There is a cement fluidization device at the bottom of the tank. The car is equipped with an air compressor for ash unloading. When unloading the ash, the compressed air is sent into the tank from the bottom of the tank, and is divided into fine streams through the air-permeable layer of the cement fluidization device, and is evenly filled with cement to form an air-cement mixture. The discharge tube is leaking. The pneumatic ash unloading method has the advantages of fast ash unloading, less dust flying, and can be used for unloading at any height and far away with a flexible long unloading pipe, and can work in the open air in windy and rainy days.
